Description: A Constitutional Speech Contest. The prepared oration must be the original effort of each contestant and must not take up less than 8 minutes or more than 10 minutes. Seattle Elks Lodge #92 Vocational Grant and Most Valuable Student Programs*
Descriptions: The VGP is available to any graduating high school senior pursuing an eligible vocational/technical course of study culminating in certification or an AA degree. The MVP is intended for a high school senior planning to enroll in a four-year undergraduate degree program (the first two years can be completed at an accredited two-year college).
